Plot Summary

Set in 1979, a group of young filmmakers travels to rural Texas to shoot an adult film on a secluded farm. The cast and crew include Maxine (Mia Goth), her boyfriend Wayne (Martin Henderson), aspiring filmmaker RJ (Owen Campbell), his girlfriend Lorraine (Jenna Ortega), and adult film stars Bobby-Lynne (Brittany Snow) and Jackson (Kid Cudi). They rent a farmhouse owned by an elderly couple, Pearl (also played by Mia Goth) and Howard (Stephen Ure), without revealing their true intentions.

As the day turns into night, the elderly couple becomes increasingly menacing. Pearl, envious of the youthful vitality of the filmmakers, develops a dangerous obsession with Maxine. This obsession, coupled with the couple's own twisted dynamics, leads to a horrifying chain of events as the group is hunted down one by one in a gruesome bloodbath.

The film explores themes of aging, beauty, and societal taboos, while delivering a mix of psychological horror and visceral thrills.
